Agreeableness is a personality trait. It is measured with the NEO-FFI and NEO PI-R line of personality inventories and one of the "Big Five".

Some regard it as the same as likability and aggreeableness is associated with selflessness, cooperativeness, helpfulness, tolerance, flexibility, generosity, sympathy and courtesy.[1]
