Andrew Lih is Associate Professor of journalism at the American University School of Communication.

He has been an Associated Professor at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California and describes himself as a new media researcher.[1] He is the author of the book The Wikipedia Revolution and wrote one of the first academic articles on Wikipedia.

Lih has previously been at the Graduate School of Journalism, Columbia University and University of Hong Kong.[2]
