Coordinates are reported as "Peak voxel's Talairach coordinates", but the template is not clear: The authors write "The functional data were aligned [...] to a standard-space template" and cites Jenkinson 2002. This probably means that it is the MNI template in FSL, i.e., not strichtly Talairach.
