Brodmann area 32 is a cytoarchitectonic defined area that is analogous to dorsal anterior cingulate area.

A delineation of an area refered to as 32ac and 32pl on the medial wall is shown in Architectonic subdivision of the human orbital and medial prefrontal cortex. The authors regard their "32ac" as corresponding to Brodmann's dorsal anterior cingulate area 32.
