Follow-up association study of novel neuroticism gene MAMDC1 is a personality genetics study on rs7151262 in the MAMDC1. The polymorphism was detected in the genome-wide study Genomewide association analysis followed by a replication study implicates a novel candidate gene for neuroticism. The follow-up study was performed on 2686 participants.
The study report no personality scores only that there were no association with a p-value >0.6.
