[edit] Results

Polymorphism Gene Personality inventory Personality trait P-value
rs10479334 Intergenic TCI Social Acceptance versus Social Intolerance 0.014
rs9419788 PLCE1 TCI Spiritual Acceptance versus Rational Materialism 0.036
RXRG ZKPQ Sensation seeking
GRM7 ZKPQ Neuroticism Anxiety
ITK ZKPQ Neuroticism Anxiety
SPTLC3 ZKPQ Aggression Hostility

After correction for the 25 subsclaes in TCI and 4 in ZKPQ no phenotype-wide significance was reached.
