Graph-based methods for discovery browsing with semantic predications reports a method of literature-based discovery. The system uses semantic predications from MEDLINE extracted with SemRep.

The paper is included in Bartłomiej Wilkowski's thesis Semantic approaches for knowledge discovery and retrieval in biomedicine.

The system was demonstrated on a small extraction from SemRep of over 20'000 concepts based on queries on serotonin and melatonin.
