Negative association of neuroticism with brain volume ratio in healthy humans reports a magnetic resonance imaging study on the brain volume and its relation to personality. The personality was assessed with the 240-item NEO PI-R and results are reported for the personality trait neuroticism and its facets.

A similar 2000 study examined brain volume related to Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.[1]
