PubBrain is a Web-based neuroinformatics service. It is developed by Donald Kalar working in Poldrack Lab, UCLA. PubBrain is available from (though it seems sometimes unavailable):

Based on a user query on a brain region PubBrain searches PubMed and counts the number of documents(?) where the brain region is mentioned together with other brain regions. The result is rendered as a "heat-map" on a brain.
